    How we provide quality assurance

    We test our materials to ensure they meet our clients expectations and we use our extensive expertise to deliver exactly what they want.

    Our lab has an extensive range of testing equipment. Our main tests include:

    • Abrasion and pilling
    • Air permeability
    • Colour fastness
    • Infrared wavelength interpretation
    • Tear strength
    • We utilise modern computerised colour matching and shade evaluation equipment to ensure precise and repeatable colour is achieved.
    • Not only do our dyeing processes achieve the necessary safety standards to comply with OEKO-TEX® standard 100, but they ensure that your fabric will withstand repeated industrial laundering and wear.
    • We carry out LaB colour testing to ensure that the fabric colour is perfect down to the specific shade and tone.
    • We use manual and automatic inspection to make sure all of our fabric meets exact customer requirements.
    • We have the capabilities to do what other commission printers cannot so we can meet your requirements and make your design dreams come true.
