We are delighted to announce a recent staff milestone and congratulate Production Planning Assistant James Ball for recently completing 18 years’ service at Pincroft Dyeing & Printing!
James is an integral part of our production planning team thanks to his fantastic work ethic, wealth of knowledge on commission dyeing and finishing and dedication to achieving fantastic customer service.
James started with the company in our Grey Room as the 3rd generation of his family to join Pincroft, and testament to his work ethic he had his interview and started the very next day! Since then James has been a great member of the team having worked in many areas of the company from the Preparation Department through to the final stages of our production in our Making Up Department. More recently, he has been with the Planning team as an Assistant Planner.
Of his anniversary James said:
‘One thing is for sure, I have loved every minute that I have worked for this fantastic company and I’m grateful for the opportunities it has thrown my way. I’m looking forward to the future trying to catch up with both my Dad and Grandad who were both at Pincroft for 40+ years.’
We would like to thank James for his loyal service to the company and look forward to him being with the company for many more years to come.
We also want to give a final congratulation to James and his family on the arrival of their Daughter Libby, and from the Pincroft family we wish you all the best!
